LITO – TERMS OF SERVICE

Lito is a digital platform that connects passengers with independent drivers for on-demand taxi transportation services in the Republic of Croatia.

By creating an account or using the Lito application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. Service Description
    Lito acts solely as a technology intermediary between Users and independent Drivers. Lito does not provide transportation services directly. The transportation agreement is concluded between the User and the Driver once a ride request is accepted.

  2. User Eligibility

    Estimated fares are displayed before confirming a ride.
    Prices may vary depending on distance, duration, traffic conditions, and demand.
    Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or cleaning fees if applicable.

All payments are processed securely through certified third-party payment providers. Lito does not store full payment card details.

  1. Cancellations
    Users may cancel a ride before driver arrival.
    Cancellation fees may apply if the driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at the pickup location.
